The Bf and I are "in the process" of getting a house. We have been in this process for quite some time now. We managed to find a foreclosure LP 51,000; which we successfully got for 47,000. Well since its a foreclosure we have to go through HUD to get it, and its taking forever!!!!! The house needs work and it would have been great to be able to get this work done before school started. Anyways, for your amusement just take a look at our lovely little home. Feel free to criticize, laugh, or say its a piece of shit...and you shall be amazed when you see the after pictures once we make it pretty.

And that's enough. There is another room, but it sucks. And isn't even worthy of being put up on here. We plan on gutting the entire bathroom and extending it into the utility room (not pictured). This will give us approx. 30 extra sq feet...lovely.
